A Rosy Kingdom: Recap & Update

OMG It has been a CRAZY year so far.

I launched Rosalie Agency in March, and my Rosy photo series just launched last week. (Watch the vlog if you haven't already.)

Never in a million years did I expect to have such full creative projects at hand. I'm so proud of where Rosalie is right now! Despite only having launched two months ago, we've already been featured in Harpers Bazaar and Allure.com. (I updated Rosalie Agency with a "press" tab for you guys to keep updated.)

But I'm learning that everything takes time. I had actually planned to launch Rosalie by Nov, and Rosy by April, but everything got pushed back a few months because it just took longer than expected. (I'm also just overly optimistic in terms of execution I'm realizing.) Since it's almost mid-year, I wanted to do this post to reflect on everything so far and give you guys a few updates on where I'm headed.

1. Art of Rosy as you guys know is my ongoing photo essay project where I seek to empower women by celebrating our femininity. New photos dropping next week! If you guys want to contribute to this series please let me know! I'm always looking for fresh faces, MUA & stylists to work with.

If there's one takeaway from this, hard work and faith conquers all.

2. In addition to photography content, I want to share with you guys my passion for beauty. Starting tomorrow there is going to be a beauty category on Karenrosalie.com and there you guys will find my product reviews and skincare tips.

3. And last but not least, what I'm most excited about is that I will be traveling to Bali and Korea next month! It's going to be half vacation and half work, but I'm so excited to travel again. So stay tuned for travel content ;)

That's where I'm at right now and where I'm going (literally haha) in the upcoming months. With growth definitely has growing pains, like I have less time to create content for you guys now that I'm so busy with Rosalie Agency. But this is my dream and I wouldn't have it any other way. Sharing this to remind you guys that things take time, but if there's one takeaway from this, it's that hard work and faith conquers all.

What are some projects that you guys are working on that is taking longer than expected? Share with me in the comments! I'd love to hear from you all! <3
